Programme

Aim and Scope

The 2025 International Conference on Polysaccharides for Nutraceuticals and Future Foods (ICPNFF-2025) is to provide a unique opportunity for scientists and professionals to share their ideas and findings on the discovery, function and application of polysaccharides for human health and food sustainability. It will be a medium-sized conference with 200-300 participants. Conference program topics are highly interdisciplinary across the fields of polymer, food and health sciences and also cover the application of polysaccharides for development of nutraceutical products and sustainable materials.

The conference program will be composed of main and parallel sessions for presentation of plenary and invited lectures by eminent and outstanding scholars, and oral talks and posters by active and front-line researchers and postgraduate students. Specialized talks and posters on R&D of nutraceutical products and advanced technical services may also be included by commercial sponsors.
